The ever popular life simulation video game from Nintendo just got an update. Three new items have been added, but for a limited time only. This is part of the second summer update which is live now, and which has introduced some new features that will help to improve gameplay. These involve saving back ups (however, this is only available to Switch Online subscribers), and a summer fireworks show. This will be something that you can watch at a certain time along with the other friends and villagers you have.
There are also some new items that have been added to the Nook Shopping catalogue: a rodeo-style springy ride-on, the Hikoboshi outfit, and the Orihime outfit. There are also new fish and bugs that can be caught.
These new features will add more variety to the game but also make it more functional, something that is important as a game develops.
